US Netflix non-retail version (I believe this one does not have TrueHD audio) US Netflix "retail" version (with TrueHD, note that 00641.mpls does not exist on this disc) I believe that this is the current consensus, although your mileage may vary.
So I read the entire thread and took notes. And it did have the 00202.mpls playlist with the segment map that matches the retail version.
So I think it's actually the retail version. The version I received from Netflix did have TrueHD audio and it did NOT have 00641.mpls. It seems like Netflix is shipping two versions of this disc. not many though) 43 are listed as 4K only, but I know a couple of those Apple (or studios) pulled as well, for example the Bond movies.As mentioned in my previous post, 0641 is 100% the correct file for the Netflix rental version. With a few duplicates (Batman v Superman and Suckerpunch have both versions up for example. It also DOESN'T have Silence of the Lambs, which it did at one point, but Apple pulled it for some reason.Ĭopy and pasting to excel reveals 285 titles on that list. and Die Hard listed both of which just got put up this week. It seems this page is finally being updated regularly. Meanwhile stuff like Wonder Woman and Pacific Rim are utterly jaw dropping. the opening pan of the city ends up being awkward between the film grain, original effects and Dolby HDR on top of it. but even that so far has been hit or miss.
I haven't gone all the way through Blade Runner yet. it also doesn't look like a "classic" movie. While Ghostbusters on iTunes has richer colors.
